Find everything, in one search
Name the data subject and PIIQ-Fetch does the rest — it builds and runs a Purview eDiscovery search across the tenant's mailboxes and SharePoint / OneDrive, then unpacks the results into individual, reviewable files. It is participant-aware, so it catches the subject's own email even when their name never appears in the body.
In practice A DPO types a pupil's name; minutes later they are reviewing every message, attachment and document that mentions them — no eDiscovery expertise required.

A raw Purview export can run to tens of gigabytes of noise. PIIQ-Fetch shows you the hit count and size before you collect, and lets you narrow with search terms, date ranges and source scope — then refine and re-estimate until the set is right.

PIIQ-Fetch signs in through Microsoft's own delegated authentication — it can only act as a user your customer provisions, never in the background, and every action lands in their audit log. It is a Microsoft verified publisher. Collected records are held in the UK, encrypted at rest with AES-256, and deleted as soon as they are handed on.
